Rosemary G. Rubin

Rosemary G. Rubin is a Ohio State Bar Association Certified Family Law Specialist who has been practicing law in Canton, Ohio since 1974. A 1974 graduate of the University of Akron School of Law, Ms. Rubin attended Chathem College for her undergraduate degree. Ms. Rubin began her career at the Stark County Legal Aid Society. In 1982, Ms. Rubin opened her own law office where she began her career as a family law attorney as well as practicing in the areas of probate and estate planning. Concentrating her practice on family law, divorce, domestic relations, and domestic violence law, Ms. Rubin quickly became known for her zealous representation of both men and women in the family law area. Recognized as a leader in family law, Ms. Rubin is a fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. She is presently a member of the Family Law Committee through the Ohio State Bar Association and Stark County Bar Association. Ms. Rubin has participated for several years in the Supreme Court of Ohio Lawyer-to-Lawyer Mentoring Program.
